The sales policy of Windsor Hotels is based on our principles and values, and aims to govern our relationship. As a condition for accessing and using the platform and its features, you declare that you have read this document's rules carefully and thoroughly, being fully aware of and in agreement with them.
We know your time is valuable, and therefore, we have outlined below the key points that, in our opinion, are absolutely essential for the sale of tickets for children.
We have the following special policy:
(i) Children aged 0 to 5 enter for free, provided they are accompanied by a paying adult, at a 1:1 ratio.
(ii) Children aged 6 to 10 pay 50% of the adult price.
(iii) Children aged 11 and older pay the full price.
Proof of the child's age will be required upon entry at the event location, through the presentation of a valid photo ID that confirms the accompanying adult is responsible for the child.

Windsor Barra and Windsor Marapendi will sell their tickets through the platform www.windsortickets.com.br.
Windsor Hotels will not be responsible for tickets purchased outside the authorized official channel.

Credit Card Payment Analysis
We work together with our payment processor to provide a secure shopping experience on the platform.
To ensure this security, we cross-check the information provided at the time of purchase with that registered with the credit card issuer and verification entities. This information is not stored and is used only for purchase analysis.
When a purchase paid with a credit card is completed, the order can take one of two paths:

Immediate Approval: All provided information is correct and has been validated with the payment processor and the credit card issuer.

No Immediate Approval: One or more pieces of information entered during the purchase are incorrect or could not be validated with the payment processor or card issuer. If this happens, you will need to review the provided information and try again.
Age Rating
I am a minor and I want to attend an event at the Windsor Network without an adult. Can I?
The age rating for events is 18 (eighteen) years. Entry for minors aged 16 (sixteen) years or older may be authorized, provided they are accompanied by their legal guardian(s), with the presentation of a valid photo ID that proves the adult is the corresponding responsible person for the child. Please be aware that there will be no cancellation and/or refund of the amount paid for this reason.
Cancellation Policy
Refund for Purchases Paid with Credit Card
After the cancellation of the purchase, your refund will appear on the next statement or the one following it. The timeframe depends on the closing date of your statement and the date the order was canceled. This rule applies to both physical and virtual cards.
If you no longer have the card used for the purchase, it is necessary to contact your card issuer to understand how the refund will be processed, as card issuers have different methods for crediting the amount.
What is the Ticket Cancellation Policy?
All events registered on the platform have a cancellation policy defined by Windsor Network Hotels.
According to the Consumer Protection Code (Art. 49) and as described in the Terms of Service, the standard policy of Windsor Network Hotels guarantees the right to cancel the order up to 7 (seven) days after purchase, provided that the request is made at least 15 (fifteen) days before the event start date.
If you meet the platform deadlines, just go to www.windsortickets.com.br/central-de-ajuda and request the cancellation.
ATTENTION:
The cancellation process is irreversible, and once you confirm that you want to cancel and request a refund, it is not possible to approve the purchase again.
It is not possible to cancel only one ticket from an order. If you decide to proceed with the cancellation, all tickets for that order will be canceled.
In cases of buyer's remorse, the credit will be processed in the same way used for payment, minus the convenience fee (when applicable), within 30 (thirty) days after cancellation. In cases where the purchase was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded as a credit on the following statements.

How do I access my tickets on the platform?
When you complete an order on the platform, the purchase may be under review pending payment confirmation from the bank or credit card issuer, waiting for the outcome of the analysis of the provided data.
Finding tickets in your email: Tickets are sent via email shortly after payment approval/confirmation. They typically appear in the inbox, but email servers may direct them to spam, social, or promotions tabs, depending on the email provider. If you are using a corporate email, please check if you have permission to receive attachments from external domains.
Finding tickets on the platform: You can access your tickets on the platform by navigating to the "My Tickets" tab. Your tickets will always be with you and can be displayed on the website. To have your tickets appear, you need to log in to the ticket platform at www.windsortickets.com.br using the same email and password you registered previously.

Creating an Account on the Platform
Having an account on the Windsor Hotels ticket platform means you can access your tickets faster and more intuitively. If you do not have one yet, follow the steps below:
Registering on the website:

You will receive a confirmation link at the email you provided during registration. Click on it to activate your account;

Why can't I access my account?
Check if there is indeed an account associated with your email. To purchase tickets on the platform, you need to create your profile. Tickets cannot be purchased without a registered account.

How can I reset my password?
If you do not remember the password registered on the platform, you can reset it at any time using the link www.windsortickets.com.br/recuperar-senha. Just enter the registered email, and the reset link will be sent directly to the provided address, if an account is associated with it.

Possible Change in Event Date
What should I do in case of changes to the characteristics and conditions of the event?
Notification of changes to the event is only disclosed after confirmation from Windsor Hotels. When this occurs, Windsor Hotels informs customers via the registered email and, when necessary, by phone contact provided in your registration. It is essential that your registration details, especially email and contact phone number, are updated in our database.
IMPORTANT: If you have received an email with the notification of change, please follow the instructions indicated in the message. If you still have questions, access the form on our Help Center (www.windsortickets.com.br/central-de-ajuda).
